Nigeria - Three policemen attacked to Lagos State police command was this morning dismissed for alleged reckless shooting.
Lagos State police spokesman, Chike Oti who broke the news of the dismissal to newsmen urged other policemen to conduct themselves in line with the police creed.

Rports say security agencies at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos have impounded 17 check-in luggage belonging to  musician David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido in the Nigerian entertainment industry.

Nigeria - Boko Haram fighters have killed at least 20 loggers, militia members and residents told AFP on Friday, in the latest attack against civilians in northeast Nigeria.

The attack happened on Monday when gunmen on motorbikes opened fire on a group of loggers collecting firewood at Kaje village, near the Borno state capital, Maiduguri.

Bricklayer disappears after killing his wife who wanted to travel overseas

Nigeria - The Lagos State Police Command has declared a 34-year-old bricklayer, Akinyemi Edgar, wanted for allegedly killing his wife, Ajoke, in the Mowo, Badagry area of Lagos State.

It was learnt that the suspect beat the 28-year-old to death during a disagreement at their home and dragged her corpse on the ground to a place near the community well, where he buried her.

RUSSIA 2018: Nigeria Eagles to face Three Lions of England in FIFA Friendly in June

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Wednesday in Abuja said a friendly match between the Super Eagles and England’s Three Lions would hold at the Wembley Stadium in London on June.
